...Simultaneously flitting between catchy up tempo-disco-noir to edgy visceral EBM and dirty deep tech-house-machine-funk, combined with ethereal wide-screen instrumental dance grooves -while still keeping with the projects avant-rock 'n'roll-glam-punk-techno aesthetic. INTERCITY3 is much more instinctive than a deliberate move to cash-in on the current electro-new-wave synth-boom. Initially influenced by Electro,and Dance music at the end of the 80's and early 90's with music acts like NITZER EBB, UNDERWORLD, GOLDGRAPP and ground-breaking pioneers such as KRAFTWERK, FAD GADGET and pop Dadaists THE ASSOCIATES. The guys at INTERCITY3 see this new electronic cross-over pop-project as a natural progression and going back to their roots. In the hope of producing their own individual brand of alt-perfect-pop to a wider discerning global audience.

Formed by artist/producer ( D.Escott) in the summer of 2005. INTERCITY3 Emerge as one of the more intriguing electronic acts of the last few years. Bringing together an exciting and varied line-up of new and established guest female singers,musicans,co-producers on the leftfield electronic music scene. Featuring DJ / singer and night-club femme-fatale Catasha Kin of ( ANTILIGHT CLUB / KINHO ) and the well-known Brighton based singer Liz Green of ( SWARF ) among many other up & coming shakers' n' movers in the mix for the long awaited debut 7-track EP ' LOVE THE WAY YOU ARE' to be released later this year via URBCOM / PINNCLE ENTERTAINMENT and will be available via digital stores iTUNES / PLAY . Having fashioned a modern hard-hitting yet accessible edgy-dancefloor sound.The London - Manchester based project ( part of the ever-growing dance production label URBCOM ) link their underground credibilty with a bid for mainstream accessiblity. Creating an electro-pop hybrid that manages the not inconsiderable feat of sounding as though it was beamed in from another off-world while also remaining very listenable and enjoyable to mere mortals.This profile is being updated vist back soon .
