As a small but growing family of international music-media based artists, producers running our own collective label to administrate our own individual band projects. WE here at URBCOM HQ welcome all feedback,demos and track / compostion compilation submissions relevant to the theme and spirit of URBCOM and our ( ELECTRONICA / PUNK / OTHER ethos ). While we always like to keep an open mind with regards to various music genres. The music promoted, marketed and released via URBCOM.NET and its associated ( worlwide ) mirrorsites is predominantly niche-specialist urban electronic IDM,experimental crossover music. Representing various styles from Ebm,electro-leftfield-pop to intelligent-industrial,breakbeat,jungle,drum'n'bass through to extream experimental noise and ambient soundscapes.

We always try our best to get back to everyone and give them some feedback and encouragement when-ever possible as this is the whole reason we started URBCOM in the first place to promote new intresting music, ideas. So your contact information is important so try and make this clearly visible as we receive alot of demos from around the world. Also if possible always try and include a brief up-to-date promotional press release,biography,band line-up photo,current activties,reviews and your email details etc. If possible we prefer to hear your demos on CD,CDR,WAV,MP3 files burned on to CD or DAT. Please do not send MP3s or WAV's by email to URBCOM as they will be deleted from our in-box on contact, and not listened to.Furthermore the senders email will be blocked restricting any further communication with us in the future. For all those who our not familar with the music released by URBCOM its always a good idea to listen to the MP3s via our website by the artists signed to the label or various other artists affilated or associated with URBCOM music collective. We are also always looking to market and distribute other likeminded electronic labels via our network distribution partners so feel to send in your stuff. We have also included a few useful links relating to various music industry organisations for artists/bands looking to do it on their own.
